简  历:

孙伟,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室副主任。1998年本科于曲阜师范大学,2003年于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所获理学博士学位。2003年获德国洪堡奖学金,在德国慕尼黑工业大学无机化学研究所进行博士后研究。2005年底回国,并入选中国科学院“人才计划”,在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室开展仿生催化、均相催化及纳米催化等领域的研究工作。已在Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.及《催化学报》等国内外重要学术期刊发表研究论文100余篇。现为《有机化学》编委、《催化学报》青年编委。

研究方向:

仿生催化、均相催化及纳米催化等
代表性研究工作:基于高活性非血红素生物酶活性中心,课题组发展了一系列手性四氮配体及其锰铁配合物,实现了烯烃、烷烃的高效不对称氧化反应(Bioinspired Manganese and Iron Complexes for Enantioselective Oxidation Reactions: Ligand Design, Catalytic Activity, and Beyond. Acc. Chem. Res. 2019, 52, 2370-2381.)。最近,Amgen公司基于我们发展的高效非血红素锰催化烯烃不对称环氧化反应(Manganese Catalysts with C1-Symmetric N4 Ligand for Enantioselective Epoxidation of Olefins, Chem. Eur. J., 2012, 18, 6750-6753.),实现了卡非佐米关键中间体手性环氧酮的工业生产,锰催化剂用量低至0.04 mol% (Org. Process Res. Dev. 2020, 24, 490-499.)。相关工作也充分展现了非血红素锰催化剂的高活性。
