简  历:

张永胜,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2001年毕业于甘肃工业大学金属材料与热处理专业获工学学士学位,2008年于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所获物理化学理学博士学位。2013至2014年在美国西北大学从事合作研究。现任中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所所长助理、科研与规划处处长。“国防科技创新团队” 带头人、“西部之光”人才培养计划优秀入选者、“青年创新促进会”优秀会员。担任多个领域专家组成员、美国陶瓷学会会员、中国硅酸盐学会特种陶瓷分会理事兼青工委副主任、中国硅酸盐学会分析测试技术分会理事、甘肃省材料学会副理事长兼秘书长,《Journal of Advanced Ceramics》《装备环境工程》《现代技术陶瓷》等期刊编委。 
  目前主要从事特种润滑与密封材料及摩擦学表面工程等研究工作。作为项目负责人和骨干,先后承担了20余项国家级科研项目,研制发展了多种新型润滑和密封材料与技术,并成功应用于航天航空等高技术领域。已在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Journal of the European Ceramic Society, Wear, 摩擦学学报, 硅酸盐学报等期刊发表论文70余篇,申请国家发明专利近20件(授权10余件),应邀参与编写英文专著5章,在国内外重要学术会议作大会报告和邀请报告10余次。荣获中组部/中科院“西部之光”人才培养计划优秀入选者、“中科院朱李月华优秀博士生奖” “兰州化物所青年创新奖”等奖励。

研究方向:

主要从事润滑材料及摩擦学表面工程等研究工作,包括:(1)陶瓷(金属玻璃、陶瓷/金属复合组件)润滑耐磨与智能动密封材料的高效精准设计、可控制备、服役与失效行为;(2)复杂形状零部件成型与异质材料连接技术;(3)极端服役环境下复合材料(陶瓷/金属复合组件)的寿命预测与控制理论。

       近年来,作为负责人和项目骨干,先后完成了10余项国家自然科学基金、配套项目、基础科研项目和企业合作项目等课题,发展了多种新型润滑和密封材料,在相关领域获得了成功应用。现承担国家自然科学基金、科技创新基金、“十三五”装备预研项目、企业合作项目、留学人员科技活动择优资助项目等多项研究课题。
