目前是硕士研究生导师、中科院青年创新促进会会员(人才项目)、山东省高层次人才发展促进会会员和中国表面工程协会热喷涂专业委员会会员,是《Acta Materialia》、《Applied Surface Science》、《Materials Science and Engineering: A》、《Tribology International》、《Wear》和《Surface & Coatings Technology》等期刊的审稿人。已发表论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利3件。

1.抗空蚀(气蚀)涂层材料
2.润滑耐磨涂层材料
3.人工关节表面润滑抗菌涂层材料
